How Our Network Works

Start with an estimate request

Who You Talk To

Funcouples Pest Control is a referral service, so you do not talk to a crew of workers on our side. After you send a request, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. They run their own schedule, set their own prices and carry their own responsibility for the job.

What Happens on the First Conversation

Expect a few simple questions. The provider will likely ask:

  • What pest or animal you are seeing
  • Where in the home you see it
  • How long it has been going on
  • What kind of foundation and siding your house has

These answers help them judge whether the job is a quick treatment or a bigger project. Photos and notes about droppings, damage or noises make it easier. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing varies, so ask about it directly.

What to Ask Before You Agree

A budget-minded homeowner asks about the full cost, not just the first visit. Good questions include:

  • What exactly is in the written quote?
  • Is this a one-time service or a plan with repeat visits?
  • What could raise the price later?
  • What happens if the pests come back?
  • Do you need access to the attic, crawl space or yard?
  • What should I do, and avoid doing, before and after the visit?

Write down the answers. Then compare written quotes from more than one provider if you can.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can say no, ask for time, or get another quote. Be cautious of anyone who pushes you to sign on the spot. A fair provider is happy to put the details on paper and let you think.

Also remember that Funcouples Pest Control does not set prices or do the work. If something about a quote or visit feels wrong, raise it with the provider first.

Know Your DIY Limits

If the provider says part of the job is something you can handle, such as clearing clutter or sealing a small gap, that can save money. Leave treatments, termite work and animal removal to the pros.
